Today's lesson followed on the theme of turtle and all four attacks.

High Elbow Guillotine
The opponent starts on all fours as if we have stuffed a take down, shoulder on the back of their neck, right hand on the chip strap, left hand cupping the elbow on the floor, right knee down and aligned with their head, left leg live and used to apply weight.
Our head is resting on the left side of their body, then we move our head over to the right side allowing us to fee our right arm deep under their neck from the chin strap position.
We then hold the hand of the choke arm with the left, next we want to end up in T position looking in his ear hole
Variation 1
shrimp out, throw in the bottom knee shield to stop them going to the side and throw the top leg across their back to stop them rolling out
Variation 2
Sit up enough to throw the outside leg over their back and insert the knee shield as we drop
Finish by tightening with S grip
